Founded in 1950 in Bilbao by the maestro Josu Loroño, the Accordion and Music School Loroño has been pioneer in the teaching of the accordion. Within its walls hundreds of students had learned and continue learning to enjoy music.

For this purpose, the main objective for the students, besides their individual formation, is to belong to the Orchestra of Accordions of the school to enjoy music.

Therefore, the only requirement for the students is their own illusion and perseverance so their love for the music will guide them to develop their sensibility, discipline, concentration and creativity. In the course of time they will belong to the reserve of the Orchestra and in a future they will have the opportunity to participate in the Bilbao Symphonic Orchestra of Accordions, one of most valuable satisfactions of all the inhabitants of Bilbao and Biscayan.

The Accordion and Music School which pedagogical director is Amagoia Loroño allows joining boys and girls from 6 years old to mature age. Its syllabuses, composed of extensive repertories, are exclusive from the school.

The teaching staff consist of high qualified teachers all of them members of the Bilbao Symphonic Orchestra of Accordions.
